Investment Fee Schedule

Investment management fees for clients of Bluewater Investment Management Inc. will be assessed and billed to the client as described below:

1. Fees on the first $3,000,000 of client assets are at the annual rate of 1.00%.
2. Fees on client assets after the first $3,000,000 are at the annual rate of 0.50%.
