Confidentiality of Client Information

Bluewater will take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of client information to maintain the confidentiality of such information. In particular, electronic records of client information are only accessible to authorized employees, and only by means of secure passwords. Paper copies of client information are kept in a secure area. In off hours, access requires both a security pass card and a key.

Our Code of Ethics prohibits all employees and consultants from communicating any non-public information concerning our clients or their investment trading to anyone outside Bluewater.

Information Collected by Bluewater’s Website

Users of our website may voluntarily provide information to assist us in serving them. Any information provided in this way will be used in order to identify products and services that may be of interest to those users. Such information will not be sold or disclosed to any third parties for the purpose of selling or marketing any products or services.
