Our philosophy is all about investing in well-managed companies that can grow for a long time. Our process is all about how we, as a team, tackle the challenge of finding the right companies.

Our process - how we spend our time - is basically made up of three main activities. We develop company investment ideas, and we work hard to research and value companies. Our research and valuation work is how we test our ideas.
