Shah Khan

Shah is an MBA graduate from McMaster University, bringing a technical background in Strategic Business Valuation.  Prior to joining Bluewater, he was an M&A Analyst for a private company, conducting financial due-diligence and building valuation models to rationalize buyout prices to support their inorganic growth plans. 

Shah also has completed various internships including at Research in Motion, where he was in their finance & operations team developing metrics reporting to aid in performance management.  Prior to that, he was also at a venture capital firm focusing on identifying commercialization opportunities within the biotech sector. 

Shah joined Bluewater in December 2010.
